PREMADE THEMES DESIGNING PROCESS



1. ORDER AND PAY
After choosing the color and the premade designs you like, you may press the order now button, this will redirects you to our paypal checkout page to make your payments. Please be noted the payment has to be in full before any designing works to take place.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have fully paid your order, you will receive a reply in email within 1-2 days (please check the spam folder as well) from beneaththemeadow@gmail.com.

3. CONTACT AND FOLLOW-UPS
After that, we will contact you again for additional information (ie. extra links or images needed for your site's design) or domain info etc. The information collected will only be used for our installation of the pre-made themes. Please send all the requested information to design@beneaththemeadow.com

4. DESIGN
During the design phase, we will put together the premade design you have chosen on a testing site, which will be exactly the same as you previewed it from the live demo. We will have your own header, tagline and profile image customized as the demo as well. You will then receive a link to preview the design before the official installation for approval. The design period will take at most 4 business days.

5. INSTALLATION
Before the installation, we will email you and ask you to add the designer as an administrator to your blog, so you may delete it after the installation. We will not ask you for your login information for privacy concerns. The installation will take around 1-2 hours, your site will still be active during the time but please do not make any changes or update to your site during this period.  All designs will be guaranteed to be installed within 7 business days, but designs with extra orders may take longer.

6. POST-INSTALLATION
The premade designs come with basic technical support after the installation, we are happy to answer all of your troubleshooting questions with the email we provided.
